RWQM
HIVMedTrack

Our RWQM Platform was originally developed in 2016 to assist with programmatic monitoring and since then has developed into much more.

Our repository is a HRSA-compliant, comprehensive, monitoring platform used to record and store the monitoring results customized to individual needs. The monitoring repository platform offers the functionality of customizable reports by indicators, service categories, providers, and regions. All reports provide aggregated calculated outcomes with trend reports available that currently show both counts and percentages for the outcomes stored in the system.

Health Access, LLC also offers a proprietary comprehensive tracking repository used to record and store the results of applications and their adjudication outcomes. Initially created for state HIV Medication Programs to track applications and for Ending the Epidemic (EHE) programs, the HMT Platform can be customized to fit your program needs. HMT is HRSA- and HIPAA-compliant and has customizable reports and dashboards to track metrics and workflows.
