Rhonda Stewart, Vice President & Co-Owner of Health Access, LLC has over 20 years of career experience working in operations and management of federally funded programs and agencies, specifically focused on HIV and Prevention services. Rhonda began her career in public health working with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) administering the RWHAP Part C Program and Healthcare for the Homeless grant-funded clinic operations. Her specialties include total quality management, quality assurance, program compliance, client level data analysis and reporting, grant writing, and strategic planning/design of programs for increased access to care. Her passion for improved healthcare for all communities drives her work with Health Access. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Stacy Cuzick, BSN, RN, ACRN.jpg

Stacy Cuzick, BSN, RN, ACRN has over 35 years of experience in nursing with an emphasis on Quality Improvement related to patient care and standards compliance with state and federal regulations. She began her career as a US Army Combat Medic and EMT, earning her Expert Field Medical Badge. As a Nurse Educator, Ms. Cuzick was instrumental in developing quality systems, advancing clinical knowledge, and monitoring facility adherence to standard requirements. As a Clinical Service Director, Ms. Cuzick was responsible for providing direction, goals, and strategies to fourteen assigned facilities to ensure compliance with appropriate state, federal, and JCAHO guidelines in accordance with established policies and procedures. Now as the Director of Operations and Clinical Lead with Health Access, LLC, Ms. Cuzick continues to add valuable quality improvement, standards compliance, site monitoring, and technical assistance knowledge while assisting clients in making system-level improvements.

Luis Ortega, MPH has 30 years’ experience specializing in HIV prevention, care, and housing; LGBTQ+ rights, health, and equity; and working with people of color communities to achieve health equity. He holds an MPH and undergraduate degrees in Community Health Education from the City University of New York – Hunter College. A native New Yorker, Luis has called Tucson and the Old Pueblo home for 20 years. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Luis loves training, sharing, learning, and growing to be his very best -- a person his teenage son can be proud to know.

Jenny R. McFarlane, BA has over 30 years of healthcare experience, beginning her public health career at the beginning of the HIV epidemic. She has performed integrated HIV, HCV, and STI program monitoring, technical assistance, program evaluation, and management at the community, state, and national levels. Jenny formerly directed the Texas Department of State Health Services HIV and HCV Prevention program and provided prevention and care consulting after retirement. Now with Health Access, Jenny provides programmatic support and guidance to its consultants and clients. Jenny holds a BA in Social Sciences/Sociology with minors in Social Work and Women’s Studies. She finds rejuvenation in spending time in her garden, hiking and biking the many trails in Austin, and dancing at its numerous live music venues.

Kathy Conway, JD works on a wide range of client projects, with a particular focus on policy and procedure development, compliance reviews for recipients of Ryan White and other federal grants, and community needs assessments. Prior to joining Health Access, Kathy worked in both legal and academic environments including legal research education and clinical pharmacy education and assessment.

Rhonda “Ronny” Andrew, MA, CPHQ specializes in Clinical Quality Management for the Health Access team. Since 2016, she has devoted her public health expertise to underserved populations with barriers to care due to Social and Socioeconomic Determinants of Health. Her passion with Health Access, LLC has been on consulting agencies who deliver care for persons living with HIV and comorbidities in areas of improving systems and client care as well as develop policies and procedures that help streamline care delivery. Ronny holds an MA in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. In her spare time, she enjoys ultrarunning (any distance over 26.2 miles) and long-distance cycling.

Shawne Patterson, RN, ACRN has over 20 years of experience in the medical field as a Registered Nurse and retired Firefighter/Paramedic. Her background has provided her with a strong history of building successful business relationships -- ranging from the mayoral and city council level to hospital administration, to the public -- regarding man-made and natural disasters. Her multi-level approach has provided her with the insight and ability to help Health Access clients identify and develop more efficient processes that provide improved quality care.

Marco was a Healthcare Specialist in the US Army and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He holds a BS degree in Information Systems and Cybersecurity and is passionate about leveraging technology and talent to make a positive impact.
