Vice President
Rhonda Stewart
Ms. Stewart has extensive experience in operations and management of Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHCs) facilities, including working with multiple funding sources to achieve optimal patient health outcomes. She has over 10 years of experience in the HIV/AIDS field, focusing on improving clinical access and design in Ryan White Outpatient/Ambulatory Health Services for persons living with HIV, as well as clinical operations specific to program compliance with Federal grants. Prior to her tenure as VP for Health Access, Ms. Stewart worked in the public health community in the San Antonio, Texas TGA for CentroMed, local FQHC. Her responsibilities included the RWHAP Part C Program and Healthcare for the Homeless grant-funded clinic operations, client level data reporting, and quality management activities and design. Her focus areas are Quality Management (QM), Outcome Measures, and utilization of client level data to strategically design improvement processes in the medical community. Ms. Stewart is an accomplished grant writer, developing federal health and social service grant opportunities from major federal funders.

Stacy Cuzick, RN
Ms. Cuzick has 25 years of experience in nursing with an emphasis on Quality Improvement related to patient care and standards compliance with state and federal regulations. As a Nurse Educator, Ms. Cuzick was instrumental in developing quality systems, advancing clinical knowledge and monitoring facility adherence to standard requirements. As a Clinical Service Director, Ms. Cuzick was responsible for providing direction, goals, and strategies to fourteen assigned facilities to ensure compliance with appropriate state, federal, and JCAHO guidelines in accordance with established policies and procedures. Now as the Senior RN Manager with Health Access, Ms. Cuzick continues to add valuable quality improvement, standards compliance, site monitoring, and technical assistance knowledge while assisting clients in making system-level improvements.
